Feature lists make these tools look closer than they are. Ubersuggest has a keyword tool, a backlink view, a site audit and rank tracking — the same headings Semrush uses. The difference is what sits underneath: index size, refresh rate and how many rows you are allowed to see per day.
In practice that shows up as a ceiling rather than a missing button. You run a competitor report, get a plausible-looking list, and only later discover the long tail was truncated or the backlink profile was missing half its referring domains. For a hobby site that rarely matters. For a decision you are billing a client for, it matters a lot.
