Seoluma is operated from Türkiye and provides free SEO analysis tools at seoluma.com and a monitoring panel at app.seoluma.com. This page describes exactly what we collect and what we do with it. It is written against the actual system, not a template.

The short version

  • The public tools work without an account. We do not ask who you are to run them.
  • We run no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website.
  • AI features run on our own servers. Your data is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic or any other AI provider.
  • We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.

Using the public tools (no account)

When you check a domain or a keyword, that query is processed to produce the result. Results for a given query are cached on our servers so the next person asking the same thing does not trigger the same heavy computation. That cache is keyed on the query — a domain name or a keyword — and is not linked to you, your account or your IP address.

Like any web service, our servers and our CDN (Cloudflare) process the technical information your browser sends — IP address, user agent, requested URL — to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse and denial-of-service attacks.

Creating an account

We store only what the product needs:

  • Your name, email address and profile image, if you sign in with a provider that supplies them.
  • Your plan and role, so we know which limits apply.
  • An authentication session, kept in a cookie so you stay signed in. This cookie is strictly necessary; without it the panel cannot know who you are.

If you sign in through a third-party provider, we store the access and refresh tokens that provider issues, because they are what let us call the API you connected on your behalf. They are stored on our own database server and are not shared.

Data you add to the panel

Projects, audits, tracked keywords, rank history, backlink reports, AI action plans and alerts are stored against your account so the panel can show them back to you over time. They are visible only to you and to the small number of people who operate the service.

Google Search Console connections

If you connect a Google Search Console property, we request read-only access. We record which property you connected and the method used; we read your performance data to display it in the panel. We do not modify anything in your Search Console account, and we do not use your Search Console data to train any model.

AI features

AI action plans and AI visibility checks are produced by language models running on hardware we operate ourselves. The text involved does not leave our infrastructure and is not sent to a commercial AI provider. AI visibility checks work by asking a model buyer-style questions about a category and counting which brands it names — that process does not involve your personal data.

Our web index and our crawler

Seoluma is built on our own index of publicly accessible web pages and the links between them. Our crawler identifies itself as Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; SeolumaBot/1.0; +https://seoluma.com/bot) and respects robots.txt. This index contains public web data — pages, links, anchor text — not personal profiles. If a page of yours appears in it and you would rather it did not, write to us and we will remove it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for signed-in users, and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site trackers, which is why you are not seeing a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to beyond what is strictly necessary to keep you logged in.

Who else processes data

  • Cloudflare — CDN and protection in front of the website.
  • Our own servers — application, database and web index.
  • Google — only if you choose to connect a Google service, and only within the read-only access you grant.

We currently use no payment processor, no email marketing platform and no analytics vendor.

How long we keep things

  • Account and project data — until you delete it or ask us to close your account.
  • Cached public tool results — a short period, then recomputed.
  • Server and security logs — a limited retention period for abuse investigation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Seoluma is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we add something that changes what we collect — a payment processor, an email platform, an external AI provider — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that change goes live.
